The representative was 15 minutes late to my reservation and when I did get the truck it was not clean.

It was extremely easy to pick up the truck and to return it. There was a moderate amount of dried dirt on the rubber mats, but that was to be expected.

RICHARD CThey didn’t have any packing blankets. Asked if I still needed them then sent me and the truck to another location to get them. Back of truck had pillows and other trash in it. Cab was dirty too. They had not inspected. Won’t go there again.
