The first location I was scheduled for was closed. The padlock would not open and I spent an hour with live chat and a company representative trying to get it to work. I was finally cut off from both due to exceeding the time. Had to call around to find another truck at another location. I will probably never use U-Haul again.

Delivered while they were closed, but I generally do this, never an issue! Corporate Customer Service is excellent! I receive two calls in rer=gard to checking the trailer in... very nice females.
