Update hours of operation on the website. Website indicated the office was open until 6:00 on Tuesday; however, after getting there I found out they close at 5:00. I was able to reach someone by phone and just used the drop box.

Encounter CThe app was convenient to access the truck but I had some problems. Cell service was spotty and slow so using the app was slow. Would be nice to have free WiFi for guests. The app requested pictures of the truck when I picked the truck up but the pictures would not register on the app so I was never able to complete that step. The pictures of the truck when dropping it off were a lot faster with no issues
