I had requested a change to my reservation so that we could drop off the truck here, just across the street from my new home. It is a beautiful bldg, great location, plenty of room to park the truck.

marcia eThey only have mobile pick up with instructions not working correctly. The code to the lock was not present, had to call in to uhaul and when mobile pick up timed out and I went back into the app the code was available to the lock. I never was able to confirm fuel or milage or take pictures. I relayed this to uhaul and gave picture of fuel. I should not be charged 7$ when I brought it back at the same level.
