They only have mobile pick up with instructions not working correctly. The code to the lock was not present, had to call in to uhaul and when mobile pick up timed out and I went back into the app the code was available to the lock. I never was able to confirm fuel or milage or take pictures. I relayed this to uhaul and gave picture of fuel. I should not be charged 7$ when I brought it back at the same level.

AUSTIN WUpdate hours of operation on the website. Website indicated the office was open until 6:00 on Tuesday; however, after getting there I found out they close at 5:00. I was able to reach someone by phone and just used the drop box.
