Uhaul company is as close to perfect as can reasonably be. I have been using Uhaul since 1984 and every single time it was an awesome red carpet treatment. Will not use any other moving rental service.

Pulled up to drop of truck, parking lot completely full, trucks parked down a residential street so we parked behind them. Went in to drop off keys and lady was very rude about where we parked, and told us to â€œpark in the parking lotâ€ the uhaul lot was full but she was referring to the parking lot of an abandoned gas station that NO other uhaul or uhaul related things were in. Wish uhaul could have called and told me this location was full and to drop off elsewhere.
You can't possibly improve on Star. She was amazing. I was flustered and she was so sweet and calm and so helpful.
I was told I could drop trailer any place I wanted by renting location because of previous issue. Agent said I was given another location in the area. Your agent called and was able to change drop off location.
The air conditioning in the truck failed about a fourth of the way into a two-day, 1,200-mile trip. I had to drive three quarters of the way in 90-plus heat with the windows open in heavy Interstate traffic, a deeply unpleasant experience to put it mildly. However, U-Haul did give me a $200 rebate as a result, which seemed reasonable.
The two gentlemen that I dropped off the trailer to were the rudest human beings I have ever met. They were both upset that I drove forward into the far side of the building instead of parking right up front- hintâ€” there was someone else there picking up a trailer- I WAS TRYING NOT TO BLOCK him in. Common sense!! As one of them was unhooking the trailer, I said â€œ I cannot back this up where you want it, I'm sorry, but I cannotâ€ he continued to text on his phone while unhooking the trailer- I waited until he was done with his â€œ textâ€ conversation, and said did you hear me he responded â€œ yeahâ€- I said oh well you didn't respond and he just continued to ignore me. I'm sorry, but if you do NOT want to have to move trailers, DONT work at UHAUL! I have been coming to this location for two years twice a month- y'all get money from my business every month for TWO years! I will not be coming back if this is how the customer service continues to be. I will drive to another location across town, just to be treated with respect and dignity.
Lots of vehicles packed together here. But the employees came out and helped me get it all finished. I appreciate yall!

Cargo area should be swept out. The truck should have more than a quarter of a tank of gas to begin with. You shouldn't have to wait in line to receive a key which defeats the person of doing the online check in. There needs to be a lock box so you can grab and go. Any equipment you pay for should be on the truck prior to your pickup time.
The new manager is very rude and no personal attitude.i rent Van's every weekend and never had a ride person until she arrived,thinking about taking my business elsewhere.im a professional in my own business and would never talk to my employees or customers the way she does.its sad that one person can destroy your business .
Prepare for pickup on time
Very crowded, very messy. With pre-check in picking up my truck was easy and handled well. Turning the truck in three hours later was a nightmare.I was told to wait in a long line, and did so for 45 mins. An employee finally became available, asked if everything was okay, took the key and told me to have a nice day.
The lady who checked me in and out was great! Hard working. Super polite. I wish I could remember her name. Young woman with dark hair. She was awesome!
Associates were helpful and remained upbeat even though the location was very busy when i arrived.
Was not full of fuel when I picked it up, but was told by the uhaul employee that it was, and that I had to return it on full. Need to check your fuel gage before renting it to the next customer.
Increase inside parking to drop off trailers after hours. Way too tight to safely maneuver in the parking lot!! For that reason (safety), I do not recommend this location to drop off after hours!
Have a better, more clearly marked entrance for returns of large trucks

The gentleman that checked my truck in was awesome. The rather large lady that sat behind the counter was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I would change my ratings based on her terrible customer service. Again, the guy that helped me was great. Get rid of that lady.
I called several times only to be hung up on and not be able to understand the guy when I did get thru. I needed to drop off the tow dolly about 15 minutes after they closed but couldn't get thru to anyone asking the process. And wasn't sure if it was safe to just drop it off. We had quite a fiasco unhooking the car from the RV so we could park at night in the campground. We had to borrow someone's vehicle to return the dolly. I'm not even sure that whole process was done correctly because I never did receive any confirmation or a receipt.
