They didn’t have the dolly I needed. Nothing was ready when I arrived and it took about 45 mins for it to all come together. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate under the U-Haul umbrella with such poor service

VALERIE DFirst off they open at 9 didn’t open till 9:10 so I was late.Didn’t leave there with the truck until 9:45.It had to swept out and the inside was dirty.And the flap on the back door was hanging off.Just a POOR location and u organized.I will never recommend this place to NOONE EVER….
