The steering had a wobble in it you can feel on the interstate. An engine light come on an hour after I left. And no cruise control. For 99 cents a mile you think you can pay for a damn button. The U-Haul dealer was excellent. Very polite and helpful.KELLY S.

The 10' box truck we rented was the perfect size it hauled everything we needed to move in one trip it was very cheap on fuel and very clean And we returned it the same way we rented it clean and full on fuel we thank the owner for having one for us to move as we tried several that had none on the day we needed it and he was very friendly as wellMICHAEL W.

The experience with uhaul was not pleasant or easy. We completed the pre-check survery before the day of pick up, that was sent to us via text. We downloaded the uhaul app prior to the day of pick up as well. I called the u-haul location to confirm the truck would be available several days prior to the day of pick up. Even with completing all the steps they recommend, we had to spend an hour on the phone with technical support in order to get the truck key. Their app wouldn't show that our reservation was ready, their website wouldn't allow us to login to our account to verify the reservation had been made, despite my email copy. We had to speak to four different agents, and reiterate our issue each time we were passed off, which drew out this experience. We tried everything they suggested and their app and website would still not show us anything. Two of the agents read us the exact same set of instructions, and they didn't work any better the second time. Eventually they had to do a manual verification, which was done in about 5-10 minutes. They should have just gone with that option first, but they have their scripts to follow. Would absolutely not recommend picking a truck up prior to a location being open, because their app and website don't work.ANTHONY M.

I had ordered a 26ft and day before they told me they only had a 20 ft. Well I had to take it because I needed to move the next day. So I didn't have enough room ,so I had to make two trips .but I was charged same amount for smaller truck as the big truck ..I feel disappointed .some money should be refunded to me.thank uouJEREMY G.

First off, I registered online and it said that I was ready to go in the morning and could just check in on line and grab my keys when I got there. I registered my credit card and id on the account that I started. I was really happy to have this option with covid-19 and having a daughter who has a compromised immune system. When I got there the guy (Richard) came out into the parking lot and told me to come inside. He did not have a mask on, his employee did not have a mask on and customers that came in were told that they didn't need mask and were told they "don't have to wear them at Walmart, either, and no one can make you". I was appealed. This is not an option here and the disregard for the current safety requirements were unbelievable. Then the guy takes pictures with his phone of my ID, for sure and I think my credit card and made me wait while his computer finished an update and to completely redo all of the paperwork that I had done on line, the whole time surrounded by so many people. If I didn't feel like I would of been charged for not keeping the rental, I would of just walked out. Personal beliefs should be placed on the back burner when it's not just your company on the line and you are a representative for another company. This left me feeling like I was not doing my best to protect my child.ANGELA R.

The uhaul Android app sucks. Using webviews instead of implementing a native application leads to poor user experience. It is very slow and took several tries just to get the return open. At one point I inputted the numbers for the mileage and pressed the arrow on the keyboard to go to the next form field. This did not work as expected and I had to restart. At the end it showed the final instructions to lock the doors etc. for about 2 seconds before it closed the webviews and went back to the app. This was not enough time to read everything. If I had not watched the video ahead of time, I would not have known what to do with the keys.Jacob O.

We use u-haul services often and usually drive to Spiceland, because of the poor quality of this vendor. Really wish we would have gone to the Spiceland, Indiana location.Christopher F.
