I’ve already shared my experience and I will say the young lady in that office explains so much. She was easy to talk to. I absolutely will be renting again. Probably even next week. She just made it so easy.

It's so heartening that in a nation where bad customer service is becoming the standard, U-Haul can still bring the competence! Gina, the rep who worked at this office, went above and beyond to help me wrangle an extra-difficult pickup/dropoff situation when I had no functional cellphone. It made all the difference. So grateful.
jenna lGina was very helpful. There were no surprise charges, which I found refreshing. The only problems I experienced were trying to use the uhaul app upon after hours drop-off of the vehicle. Other than that, all went very well. I will rent here again.
