Dropped off trailer across the street and then went to auto repair shop. No one came to counter, so I had to go into shop to find someone to assist. When I found someone I requested to check in trailer and was told that they were working on cars and didn’t have time. I was told to use the inline tool and take pictures. Unsatisfied with services provided at this facility. Seems like the rental is definitely a secondary business and unimportant.

Great location and pick up was super easy through the app
