Jennifer DI reserved a hand cart for moving furniture, but this location had none. I had to drive 40 miles round trip to pick up a dolly. This location also doesn’t carry any boxes. Not the fault of the retailer, but this added a lot of inconvenience for me as I had to go to a full service location to pick up the additional items. The clerk seemed unapologetic and unhelpful about the hand cart and just offered phone numbers, which I was able to do with the U Haul app.
