One person facility. Doors were locked while staff was outside. Gave me the key to the truck and the truck number and that it was parked in the lot. Next day went to pick up a car dolly, again only one person. She could barely lift the dolly, had to help her hitch it to the truck! The hitch mechanician would not lock on the ball. Had to go to the Brooklyn Park facility to get another dolly, which was out of the way and delayed my departure.

CRAIG MI didn’t receive the items that I asked for and bought and I was still charged for it . When speaking to the rep at the location they were both rude and seemed like they didn’t care and they didn’t want to find a resolution for me. I would not recommend that location to anyone because it was unprofessional and not welcoming.
