Not their fault but I was switched to this location for a scheduled 7 am pick up and they didn’t open until 9 am

Brian VIt was tough to find on my GPS and hidden. Also no one was onsite and had to call 2 different numbers. I needed to hookup trailer myself and do all the paperwork online without verification. Seemed quite unprofessional.
Dwight GI dropped off trailer at this location on a Sunday. I found a U-Haul sign on a fence but there were no clear instructions about drop off. I left the trailer and hoped I didn’t correctly.
Laren MBasically Deliver a truck for you hall because a location eater trucks The staff are not existent.Some guy talked to me on the phone would not come out.Check the truck in He told me I had to walk around the building. And find some lockbox. Honesty, if I'd like to location, you need a truck. Which was 10 miles away from my house? Where there was the pickup location was two minutes away
