you need to insure the phone numbers on the web are correct. I tried to contact the return location in Alexandria, MN and got some guy in North Carolina!!! The address was correct for the Relax Inn so I did find it in the GPS. The Uhaul agent there agreed there was a phone number issue as did the guy in North Carolina. bil Pederson PS: the location where I rented the trailer was excellent...very helpful
