The signal connection on trailer was not compatible with my vehicle, it required I purchase an adaptor. The trailer did not have a tongue lift, placement required a skid loader to attach the trailer to hitch.
MICHAEL WI was charged and received receipt which was correct amount and a few days later my account is negative because there is an unknown charge to my card for another amount on top of what I already paid. there was no damage or late drop off (I have pictures and documentation) also never received a bill or receipt for second charged so I know what i was charged for.
