My reservation called for utility and furniture dolly they said they only had one but had both and wanted to give me a floor dolly. I did the check in online and they switch my reservation to my brother in law because he was there even after I added all his information online. I reserved it for 6am and and only 6 hours of use and they took over 30 minutes to get us into the truck. The keys weren't in the truck like they were supposed to be.
