I ordered a 15’ truck in early April. You delivered a 20’. Other than that all was fine.
ed cThe facility itself is fine and the man there was also fine. The location was not easy to find, although, once found, it is obvious. It's a Mobil gas station! Why not just call it that instead of "Short Stop?" Also, this location was selected for me by UHaul customer service after it turned out the first place I signed up for online no longer handled UHaul, and it was 20 miles away from me instead of dealers much closer.

JOHN ALocation was nice. Was charged $190 for a utility dolly that I communicated with U-Haul about the day prior and milage because the previous rental was never recorded. Good location, horrible rental and not much the receiving dealer could do for it.
