Equipment I reserved wasn’t available. Staff was dismissive and unprofessional—no apology, just “I cancelled it so you won’t be charged.” Truck was wedged between others, hard to access, and both front tires had leaks and needed air. Very poor customer service and vehicle maintenance. Not a good rental experience.
