TRINH HTruck had trash in it. I was also charged for the $15 damage protection which I didn't want and didn't ask for and didn't select on the App. I called U-haul directly, and was told someone would call me about it, but no one has. Terrible experience, I expect I'll go with another rental co next time, unless someone fixes this for me.
