Staff needs ro talk to one another we returnef vehicle an hour a head of schedule but forgot to put fuel in it so when we finished unloading it the young lady said we could go get fuel in it and it was slready shown as returned. So my son went down to the corner fuelrd truck up and came back ar this time someone else was at desk and showed us as just checking in charging ys for another day and over drafting my bank account. I called the next day after seeing the extra charge on my bank account and was told it would be refunded but as of today it has not been. So now I have an overdraft charge of $36 on my account. I am not happy

When we got the truck, it appeared clean and we commented it was but a bit later my husband was poking around and popped open the ashtray which had cigarette butts in it. There were also a lot of big ants which we killed a lot of. Otherwise, we were happy with the rental.

Well first of all I had to go to two separate locations to get all the stuff I needed.. was told all lights worked on the trailer and of course they did not which I had to wait for someone to come out and fix the issue! Matthew was awesome fixing the problem but it delayed my trip. Got half way to my stop with the same issue. Happened to find a Uhaul tech at a truck stop who fixes the same light issue on the trailer.. ended up getting in two days later than expected because of the lighting issues.. they really need to have this stuff worked out before we pick this up.. I was so mad I spent over $400 to use it and it not working to standard! Definitely Second guessing U-Haul again.

It took long for pick up then they could not help with the hitch that I had to purchase new in 2 pieces. I had to drive to Dicount Auto Parts to beg for their tool to connect the hitch. Fortunately made it back in time to get trailer.

With the exception that the trailer door kept having an issue with getting stuck in the "up" position. My son hurt his hand and thumb trying to get it to close. It just did not want to come down.

A lot of trouble doing a self checkout for the cargo van. First, settings on my phone had to be changed. Location and camera had to be enabled.. Also needed the uhaul app. to continue with the process. Luckily a knowledgeable person on the phone was able to walk me through. The whole process from the moment I arrived speaking to two persons on the phone and finally getting the van took over an hour. Lastly upon returning the van there was no one there during their posted hours. But because of all the steps that I went through at checkout I was able to successfully return the van.
Service was great. People were very friendly and they made this an excellent experience. I would highly recomend this location for anyone needing to rent moving equipment!

I would have loved to give a Excellent experience as Rachel was a pleasure to deal with, but charging a $20..00 bs fee for not using a mobile app to "self check in" a return is just that bull s#*t. What, you don't check for damages? I could wreck the truck and if I use a self service there would be no fee since I checked myself in. BAD BUSINESS and just a way to gouge
The explanation of exactly how the self return should be explained properly. The renter should be informed of each step prior to leaving the location not just being told you can self return online if it's after hours. The renter should be informed that a picture of the milage and gas gauge should be taken prior to dropping the key in the drop box.
DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING!!!!!! GREAT PLACE OH what a difference. Young lady was right there to greet me. Knew I was coming. What a great personalty and smile. She was so happy it made me feel good. Even told her before I left, (I wish everyone where as nice as you.) Crew unloaded the trailer, Whole process was about 8 minutes and gone. If I ever need another rental of any kind, they have my business there. KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL WORK!!!!
