Although I had a terrible experience all day from trying to get my reservation truck picked up and having it canceled and getting a new truck at a different location. My boyfriend and I called this location once we got back home and realized we were gonna have difficulty getting all of our furniture up the stairs And the kind lady was very helpful over the phone after we told her the situation, once we got there, she had everything ready for us to get situated. The gentleman also with her was great at answering some questions, the facility was clean and easy to maneuver around. I would recommend this place And staff.

I feel like the description should include the actual dimensions of the unit and the size of the garage door going into it!!! The person who was helping was me was fantastic and she could not have been more helpful during the whole situation.
