How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was just dropping off in a key box, it was fine but the shop is a toilet (I work in a shop) you have to walk in between a bunch of equipment through overgrown grass to get to the box. It served its purpose but it’s no gem. I only rated the staff as not helpful because it was closed. It was Sunday, not expecting it to be open.

Brian CI have used D&A as a return point for my U=Haul rental on 3 different occasions and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the checkout was easy. I received a final receipt via email immediately after I got home. I would definitely use them again.
