Truck was not filled above 1/4 tank . The contact person was preoccupied with a cricket game on TV . Did not give us a contract paper , didn’t get our DL , and was not prompt to help after we told him we were there to rent truck . I told the other U-Haul dealer that sent us there do not refer to this business
