Reservation drop off and pick up before obtaining the vehicle were correct but once picking up the unit with the smartphone app the original drop off location disappeared and didn't offer anything within hundreds of kilometers of where I was going and was difficult

Was a terrible experience. I asked to get a few boxes. He said we don’t have boxes. You’re in the moving business and no boxes. Omg!! Tried to charge an extra 100.00. When I made the reservation he said we only charge the 100.00 if there is damage. Tried to do a refund on my debit card same as a credit card. Asked me for an expiry date. Not able to give me my refund without an expiry date. He called someone they said to use the machine. Guess what it worked. Such a rip off place to deal with. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Their contract should be cancelled.
PENNY DDont cancel my first uhaul that was canceled without my permission as inwas told I could have an after hrs pick up and when I went to go get it I was told it was canceled which left me in a panic as.i had a mover coming the next day early morning! Also uhaul was.left.dirty unswept!

Stephan PThey didn't return all my damage deposit. I did everything I was told to do and return it in same condition. Also informed them that a back up light was burnt out. I even returned the truck three hours earlier But for some reason they kept part of my damage and will not return my call. I was told this location had a bad rep for doing things like this. But I've never had issues with U-Haul so gave them the benefit . Which I know regrets
