The roads all closed while trying to drop off. Got stud for 2.5 hours, drove an additional 10 miles trying to find a way back. 3 stars for the rep that agreed to allow me to return it to another location 5 miles away, after an hour of being on hold and getting transferred from one office to the next. Still had to pay for additional miles, 1 missing gallon of gas than I filled up due to longer drive (+$30 fee). Not great customer service, except the one rep. Ended up spending twice as much as I should have.

the app did not have my van ready and told me to contact customer service. I called and they said to speak to the person onsite. the manager of the facility said that he didn't work for uhaul and not to bother him. When called customer service again. they stated that the facility had not setup my van and proceeded to set it up. it took about 45 minutes to get the van. horrible experience. when I returned the van the attendant required that I relocate the van into a very difficult area. I suggested he move it and he would not.

Peter BI've used U-Haul a lot and this has been the worst yet. No immediate support, you ask your client to do what your employees are supposed to do, service was slow, one hour waiting, person on site was super rude because he said he does not work for U-haul.
