Alexander LThe representative at the location was very rude, when I called him for assistance he started yelling at me, after returned the van and dropped the keys he asked me to go back to take a picture of the dashboard and send it to him but I was very far by that time and he didn’t inform me in the first place. He also started complaining about other U-haul locations and saying all sort of things, very unprofessional!
