Please open the email before you leave the lot take pictures of the whole truck and send them to U-Haul in the app. If the store is open when you return the truck walk in and ask him to come inspect the truck in front of you so you will have an idea of what he is charging you for.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNothing was great
Angel N1) have all items in stock and ready for customer...OR NOTIFY THEM THAT ORDER CANNOT BE FULFILLED AHEAD OF TIME 2) have truck clean and in working condition, with local rep at location to deal with issues
MICHAEL EI rented for one day. It took more than an hour to complete the pickup at 12pm. I returned the trailer by 7 pm the same day to I75 auto repair and was charged another $7.95 no reason. The receipt I was sent after the fact showed a 2 day rental which was wrong.
VERA BVery easy to drop off, clean and easy to drive the 20 ft truck through
