People parked their cars where the UHAULs are parked so it was very difficult to return the large trucks and none case I saw where someone had no place to leave the return truck. I think there needs to be a designated parking area for customer cars that is separate from UHUAL trucks or have signage NO PARKING. As for the 24x7 service I am mixed. On one hand I like the freedom to pick up a vehicle even when the poke is closed but in the other hand I don't like how long actually takes with the many photos and the fact that my drivers license and passport info are now out on the UHUAL. cloud.
