There were two 20’ trucks when I arrived. One was new but had a dead battery. Someone showed up with a battery… there was no urgency to fix it despite the length of my move and there being another person who would be renting the other truck. I was given the other 20’ truck and the other rental was canceled. The truck I got had over 125k miles for a 800 mile trip. The truck had a muffler issue and did not handle that great. All in all the trip was not bad but I would have been happier if they had gone the extra mile, swapped out the battery and cared about my experience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe attendant, Mara, was excellent. She communicated well and took care of my needs and any questions. I'll be back.
David REven though the 2 original U-Haul reps did not do their job and gave us the run around, Newmarket was extremely helpful and accommodating since they were not given a heads up we were even dropping off. Very bad communication on the first 2 reps.
Jennifer MProfessional and gracious as well as efficient and kind.
Lily KPerform the actual walk around with the client in person. I had to ask to look at the vehicle jointly after finding some little defects.
