Stop asking 5 pages of upselling at checkout. It’s so annoying. Even if it was one or two pages with all the sane questions but to take that long and that many clicks to actually move on with my day is annoying. That said the Newmarket location is awesome and the van I had was awesome.

Vincent FI only wouldn’t recommend it because it’s very expensive. I would’ve went to a uhaul facility directly. But i also have a storage unit and this facility so i did it for my convenience. Other than that staff was helpful polite

Vincent FComputer check in very slow. Had to reboot computer twice and still unable to process at check in. Check out was completed on a cell phone and receipt emailed to me. Need better computer access for employees
