This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. The location clearly states it’s open until 5 PM, yet when I arrived at 4 PM for my scheduled pickup, the storefront was completely closed with no notice or explanation. That immediately forced me into a frustrating and time-consuming online check-in process just to access the truck. It got worse from there. I had prepaid for additional equipment, two furniture movers and two dollies, but when I opened the truck, only one dolly was there. The rest of the equipment I paid for was missing. Instead of resolving it, I had to go out of my way to drive to another location to pick up the missing items, and on top of that, I was charged an additional fee. Completely unacceptable. When I returned the truck before 4 PM the next day, once again, no one was present at the location. There was no way to speak with anyone or address the missing equipment and extra charges in person. I was left without any resolution or support. Overall, poor communication, missing equipment, unexpected charges, and zero customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Michael SI was told that I had bought the appliance covers but when I took the truck back the man asked for all 12 back.
SABRINA MDo not.put the hand trucks in unless the renter wants one.
JERRY WTruck worked fine but you could tell it had a hard life. Drivers seat was bottomed out. Loading ramo didn’t slide very well and would have been difficult for some customers. Local rental, so it did the job. Invest in some newer equipment U-Haul!
