JOHN DThe location on this survey is incorrect. I dropped the truck off at 10 Franklin Road "Hemrick's Deli Cafe" which was not easy to locate especially since it is located right next to another U-Haul store (locate at 24 Franklin Road). The drop off location at 10 Franklin Road looks very suspicious as it relates to high risk of theft. I was uncomfortable with leaving the truck there because the parking lot did not appear to be secure.
