Pick up is a remote location with no office or representatives on site. Operators came out quickly when UHaul app was useless in picking up vehicle. We entered data as needed and clicking “pickup” the app would not cycle to next screen or say if more data was needed. The operator came out and processed on an ipad. Thank you to the operator. Uhaul your app sucks.
