I got a 15 ft box truck.....It had a big crack in the windshield, the brakes didn't work, and it indicated it needed and oil change. (the brakes went all the way to the floor)

Sherrie ZI tried to use the link to take pictures of the vehicle before taking it off the lot talked with uhaul and they said to take pictures in my camera before taking it off the lot as a precaution maybe work on the link somehow as it said expired right as I clicked on it in the lot but service was great and truck was clean and handy thank you
DALE PI know this can be difficult, but making sure the trailers are in good shape helps a lot

Edward FFirst time using your app was time consuming. The local staff was very helpful.
Raymond PPick up is a remote location with no office or representatives on site. Operators came out quickly when UHaul app was useless in picking up vehicle. We entered data as needed and clicking “pickup” the app would not cycle to next screen or say if more data was needed. The operator came out and processed on an ipad. Thank you to the operator. Uhaul your app sucks.
