Everything was clear and concise when explained to us and the process was very easy to follow. There was a crack in the windshield of the truck that we rented, but it did not impede our ability to use the truck and we were informed that the truck had an appointment with Safelite glass soon. We drove from Newport up to Guilford and moved a family member from Guilford to Hartland, and then drove back to Newport with no issues. Would rent from this location again.
Erick MI got a 15 ft box truck.....It had a big crack in the windshield, the brakes didn't work, and it indicated it needed and oil change. (the brakes went all the way to the floor)
