U-Haul owner G was very kind! I need to use phone translation because of language barrier and he was very patient and took his time with me. He moved the truck for me and started ad made sure AC was cold. He told me about a tire sensor that is on but told me not to worry because the tires are fine. He gave me additional time too. This makes very best time at a U-Haul
maria qTire pressure icon was on dashboard and message to check tire pressure. Decided I did not want truck. Was still charged for rental. Also issues with app. Poor experience.
Jordan HI be glad when when a different moving truck company come out . It’s no way yall changed my reservation 3 times and made my move 10x more complicated. Gave me a truck with no gas and thought yall was going to charge me . Worst experience I had thus far
