Well the place pick up was too far away charge by the mile for long distance pick up I have a dispute with U-Haul wait to see what they will do I am senior citizen move with help not able to do it myself so the driving was way to much tired then move too no I’m looking for U-Haul to do the right thing for me thank you we will see aarp member too
DEBRA JD&D was pleasant the vehicles was clean, the drop off process was great. I was not pleased with the customer service that I received for 800-uhaula. When I reserved the vehicle with was quoted to me for $252, with insurance, milage and taxes. But when I picked up the vehicle it was a different price ($317). I called customer and was transferred to a accounts manager who was NOT NICE AT ALL and stated to me the MATH is not mathing a left it at that. When called back again I got the same customer service rep who needs a little more customer service training. But Jessica was very helpful. I am currently waiting for a call from Uhaul. D&D was pleasant the vehicles was clean, the drop off process was great.

FELECIA EThe mobile app was a real pain to work with. I had issues uploading the pre-checkout photos of the equipment and had to call customer service. The directions were unclear, and I would not have been able to figure out everything I needed to do without the help of the rep on site.
