The manager or owner was very rude . I tried to extend my rental over night through the app and came to a dead end. The next morning he called me demanding I unlock my card to pay for an additional but I had to bring it in by 12 pm an I had explained to him I tried to extend the haul because I wasn’t aware it didn’t have a ramp so I needed more time to get help retrieving my washer and dryer. He wasn’t understanding. I brought the haul back exactly how I received it plus more gas. Then he charged me an overnight fee and cleaning fee but not for another day which he couldn’t because it was still in the 24 hour range so he hit me with bogus fees!
