I reserved a trailer to haul my motorcycle. When I got there the trailer I had requested and was told was ready wasn't there. Luckily James was great and got me a trailer that would work. I returned the traile the same day at 330pm. I met James inside the store and together we parked the trailer in the yard. The next day I get a phone call from someone from the store saying I never returned my trailer and I will be getting a late fee and someone was there to pick up that trailer and yelled thanks in a cocky way. I told them I did return it and how I returned it and they said Oh and hung up the phone. If it wasn't for James being so nice and helpful I would have been back down there asking for a Manger. Very disrespectful and rude for no reason. My next uhaul reservation will be handled elsewhere.

The manager went above and beyond. She met me after hours to help me get a storage unit and also helped me later in the evening when the truck door got stuck open. This location definitely believes in customer service!!

We were instructed we could have the van for only 8 hrs instead of 24 hrs and had to pay the same price $19.99. Also quoted $0.59/ mile when reserved but was charged $0.69. When asked about it they said that person who took the reservation didn't know what she was doing. Not a good experience all around

No one explained that an extra charge would be applied for more than 4 hours. All of the advertising for the cost per rental led me to believe it was $19.95 a day vice for each 4 hour period. Someone should have explained what would happen if I came in 6 hours later!

Customer service w Michelle Barber is non existent. She refuses to do the appropriate thing and does not unsure her equipment is in good working authentic condition or insure her third party vendors puts appropriate tires but much cheaper recapped tires and then fails to take responsibility for the equipment, refuses to compensate for time and money lost and then charges you for a few miles over to boot. This one move that should have cost me less than $500 ended up costing me over 1000+ time off work. Corporate regional and local store with general manager Michelle barber don't want to do anything to make it right they want to charge me more money and make this somehow my problem and not take responsibility this woman should be fired and shut down U-Haul's customer service compensation for time lost with faulty equipment leave something to be desired they support the general manager that is negligent as opposed to the customer who would give them word-of-mouth praise with they did the right thing as a post of that I'm going to the Better Business Bureau I'm going to try to 10 I will make sure that this store and this company are well known for pathetic customer service

This was the most negligent, unprofessional, worst experience I've ever encountered w any company. Your company cost me over $500 but only reimbursed me $75 while charging me an additional $62 after me having to wait three hours for a repair of a faulty recapped tire that posed a safety risk as well as cost me time, money, stress and movers. Your company sent me to 17 different people and promise of four managers to call me back from various locations and customer service and not one single manager contacted me to resolve matter in a timely fashion. Not even the regional or corporate manager. It has been proven to me that you have zero concern w customer service and your customers are not of any importance. BBB has been made aware of the amount spent in uhaul fees, how much additional money you cost me, and the lack of care to resolve in a fair and competent and rapid manner. Your managers need training and uhaul needs a hard lesson in appropriate resolution for major issues

I picked up my truck early on a sat. Very efficient clerk that helped me. However on my return of the truck. I waited 30 mins to be waited on. You would think the store would have more personnel to handle a busy Saturday. One clerk on duty took her 20 min to straighten out a online problem for the customer ahead of me. Not her fault. She then went out to fill propane for 2 people that came after me. Approx 30 mins to return truck that took 2 mins to close out.

I rented 60 pads. After loading the truck I had 30 pads unopened . Because this location was close by I brought the extra pads back. I was told they could not do the refund in Newport. In Waterville I was told that they should have been refunded in Newport. Have not been refunded for the pads yet.

Your equipment caused the bottom plate of my car to be destroyed because it caught on a poorly placed license plate and was torn off. Probably a $500plus expense. Thanks uhaul for an unbelievably expensive rental.
