Wish this could have been improved prior to my experience. One of the employees, JT , was fantastic. Helped me with 2 moving trucks and a storage unit previously. However, when I recently picked up my truck at 9:00am on 7/1/18, he was the only one working. The line was out the door. He did a fantastic job and it was certainly not his fault but another one or two employees would have made it so I didn’t have to wait in line for 1 hour. Should have more staff on especially on the first of the month which is typically when most people are moving. Please get this man some help!!

I spoke with the U-Haul representative on the day that I brought the van back. At that time, they made no mention of the fact that I could not bring the van back late or else I will be charge for an additional day even though I would not be allowed to keep it for that additional day. I wish they had said to me when they spoke to me earlier that day that it was imperative that I bring it back because otherwise there would be an extra day charge and I would have to bring it back anyway because I have another customers needs. If I had known that, I would have made sure not to be an hour late. And when I called, that is when I found out.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Your computer system seemed to make it difficult for them to enter a local 1 week trailer rental. Maybe you want to take a look at that.

Truck was left with the windows open in the rain, so seats were wet on rental. We were told to return the truck with a quarter tank of gas which we did, but were charged by U-Haul for gas purchase anyway. Went back to the location but overcharge was NOT refunded. They could care less about their customers. Too bad!

#1 - you are a main hub and should have all trucks that are offered. #2 - It's horrible dealing with a main corporate person - you should have a message that allows for you to call us back when busy - first I was stuck on phone 2 times for a half hour waiting before you even transferred the call to a corp. person.

More details regarding the fuel chart I followed the instructions but in somehow The gage went to full while filling even I took it in 3 quarters when mean I spent almost 17 dollars for fuel extra

Trailer was very old and very dirty. Leaked and thus my books were wet. Service was fine but equipment was old and needed to be replaced as noted at drop off in Plymouth NH.

The reciept I received said I purchased the trailer at 4:15pm. The trailer wasn’t hooked onto my vehicle until 4:30 pm. I rented the trailer for 6 hours, but the return time said 10pm. I returned the trailer before 10:30 pm and was charged an additional six hours to use it. Extremely disappointed with the charging system. Being a few minutes late, and receiving another 6 hour fee.

Rented a cargo van. Loaded boxes through the side door for first few runs. Went to move a mattress and opened back door. Could not get the door to latch shut again. Contacted uhaul location and let them know of issue- had to get a person to ride in the back and hold the door shut to return the van. Was expecting some sort of discount or credit for the faulty product and instead billed for lock as if I had damaged it.
