Decided to check in early at the location instead of online because they were closed when I was going to pick up. Somehow you charged me an extra day, my pickup time was 8-16 at 8am and when I dropped it off at 11:20 am on 8-16 I am told I'm late and owe an extra day, bad business! Wow!
