The inside of the trailer had clumps of dirt. I hadn't checked when I picked it up, only after I left and didn't want to go back. I just swept it out. Also, there was no assistance whatsoever to locate the trailer and hook it up. Kind of strange as all the other times a U-Haul rep has come out and assisted.

The truck was in good condition overall and ran fine. The cupholder was broken, so beverages had accidentally been spilled on the floor mats by previous customers. Otherwise was a good experience.

RANDALL LDecided to check in early at the location instead of online because they were closed when I was going to pick up. Somehow you charged me an extra day, my pickup time was 8-16 at 8am and when I dropped it off at 11:20 am on 8-16 I am told I'm late and owe an extra day, bad business! Wow!
GUY WTrailer was a bit muddy and not swept out on the inside.
