The inside of the trailer had clumps of dirt. I hadn't checked when I picked it up, only after I left and didn't want to go back. I just swept it out. Also, there was no assistance whatsoever to locate the trailer and hook it up. Kind of strange as all the other times a U-Haul rep has come out and assisted.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was in good condition overall and ran fine. The cupholder was broken, so beverages had accidentally been spilled on the floor mats by previous customers. Otherwise was a good experience.
