Thank you for all of your help! I called at the last possible minute for a truck and they had one waiting and ready for me. Louie was awesome and so helpful. Gave me a great pep talk to get me ready to drive the 15' truck (I was a little nervous) and about life in general after a really tough day. I left there feeling like I could conquer the world! I was very pleased with the Niantic, CT location. But I was originally scheduled to pick up the two pieces of equipment I had reserved at two different, alternative locations, which was very difficult to rearrange with the scheduling department.

Had to back the truck out onto Main St- which was ok on a weekday but could be risky during high traffic times. Recommend all trucks be facing forward
