We rented a 4x8 trailer. The Back Closing Door, which was closed when we picked up the Trailer, would not shut and stay shut once we opened it to load in our items. We had to use a strap to keep the Door Closed as we traveled over 90 miles back to drop the Trailer off. We told the attendant at the location, but they did not offer any apology, refund, credit etc. We will not rent from this location again, and we will always open the Back Door to ensure it is functional before leaving with a trailer in the future.

(A) 6 x 12 twin-axle trailer does not have a tongue jack on it which makes it quite difficult to lift / swing as one attempts to place the tongue coupler onto the ball. The attendant at the facility was fully occupied with sales counter duties and so I did not ask for his assist. (B) The trailer was located down an embankment to the parking area. In order to return the trailer, I had to block the main entrance to the facility as I backed the trailer down the embankment - - a few people honked at me and waved hands in the air.
DAVID KDropped off at drop off location and a few days later got a text telling my trailer is “over due”! Called to Clear up, never got a call back clearing me! Other than that, it was a good experience!
MARK GLots of sand inside, needed to put down liner I purchased myself. Phone rep I booked with gave me wrong information and just wanted to hurry off the phone, had to fix it during pickup.
