My rental was moved here because of availability. It’s about 30 miles from my starting point one-way. I was then, charged for the extra miles I was forced to drive to pickup the equipment.

I thought the 0.99 cents per mile was a little excessive, everything else was great.
DOUGLAS GI was so glad to drop off the truck, I didn’t pay much attention to the surroundings. The clerk was nice. So many trucks and no clear markings where to park or return the truck.
Shannon PTurning the trailer in was fine. The computer system was down according to the lady at the register so I gave her my name, parked the trailer where she told me to, and took a ton of pictures. I also went into the uhual app to try to do the return and I think that worked. Overall returning the trailer was fine.
