Person in charge of U-haul equipment wasn't there to show how equipment worked. When dropping off, no one at store knew how to take back equipment. Person that knew wasn't there. They only took my name.
Silvia HInside vech. Dirty back cargo had a lock with no keys said it might take few hours to take it off so just put ziplocks on to keep it closed ! Took pics that you should have so I won’t get charge for it and let the office person know !
MATTHEW CThis location works really well for me and the manager has a good stock of rental trailers. They are very helpful with connecting the trailer and verifying safety chains and trailer light operation. I have always been able to get the equipment I need here. Keep up the good work!
FORREST MThey told me that it was a straight fee for point a to point b, but that was not the case. I tried to explain that to the person, but they were saying otherwise. I know that they record the calls. I was thinking wow what great customer service, but at the end that proved to be wrong.
