Truck was old and leaked. All our stuff was wet as a result.

Very rude and unpleasant encounter when picking up the vehicle!!!!
Jan Mthe worker at the store tried to lie and say I cracked the windshield after I left. when I have proof I didn’t. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES. These people are frauds.
TORRELL BI’m a little upset that when we arrived to the location there was a gas tank semi truck parked right in front of the uhauls. We waited 40 minutes into our pickup time to start. We also only ended using about 3.5 hours of our time which would have been less than 3 hours had the semi not been there. I shouldn’t have been charged for the extra hour. The truck also did not have a ramp like the other trucks typically do. We have rented with uhaul several times and this has by far been the worst experience.
