Uhaul changed my pick up location twice. I had to redo my reservation and they changed again. This location was 25 miles away. The systems were down at pick up. Took an hour to check out and the mgr had to do everything though the backup system. I was supposed to get 375 miles. She accidentally keyed 275 dominating up paying for an extra 100 miles. This rental was awful. And the starter was rough on the truck.

Only problem is we reserved in Canaan and at the last minute were told we had to pick up in Norfolk! Added miles and time both way to our rental expense.
MICHAEL SI did not interact with staff because I dropped off during after hours. The location is somewhat easy to find. My GPS drops off at George’s Garage but that’s not U-Haul’s fault. Overall good experience.
