The dollys and furniture pads were not in the truck which led to a panic of trying to find a U-Haul store that was open early to pick them up. This caused me to be late to my movers and my whole day was delayed.

No dolly available. It was a one way-rental, so location was not first choice, but it was OK.

Michael RNo one was there for me to get my rental, they left the wrong truck keys for me in lock box I was charged for a hand cart and furniture pads I never received. I contacted U-Haul and the local management agency and was assured it would be refunded upon return it was not. It was an overall horrible experience
