The lady was rude when I was just trying to pick up my trailer. The location was not the one I initially selected so it was further than I anticipated and in an area that I was unfamiliar with. However, the man who helped hitch my trailer was very helpful.

Brian SAgain, excellent service.
SCOTT BUpdate the app so that way photos actually upload. My photos would not upload thus I followed the secondary prompt which told me to leave my keys in the drop-off box and a representative would contact me. I got a phone call an hour later with the interaction of: “Is this Jade? You gonna bring the truck back?” Even though I had already turned it in exactly on time. To improve I think U-Haul really needs to look into their customer service.
