I have rented Trucks and Trailers from UHaul in Houston and Oklahoma many times but from a larger Dealer. The people at this convenience store were friendly but there was no one to help me with the hookup and making sure the trailer was clean and secure to proceed with my move. Fortunately I am experienced with your equipment and I worked at a U haul dealer in Houston when I was younger.
