They were very accommodating since we underestimated the time needed and allowed us to continue an additional few hours til closing, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you.
DANIELLE ZI picked up the truck and it said 29 miles to empty. I had to go out of my way to put gas into the truck before I could even move. That meant extra mileage, which I have to pay for since Uhaul charges mileage. The back of the truck was filthy, not just dirty but actual debris such as large pieces of wood. The guy who I spoke with upon returning the truck seemed genuinely apologetic and did refund me the cost for mileage I believe… but what about the next person who picks up the truck on empty?
