Added the insurance without asking me when I had declined it on the website. The back of the van was also dirty. Had left over cups and bags from some kind of party.

Anthony BThe trailer was in the grass and the hitch was in the dirt. I was told to go hook it up and then they would take pictures of the book up. In had to clean the dirt out of the hitch to get it hooked up. I didn't want the extra insurance and did not select it online. I realized that they had added the insurance the next day, which I assumed that I couldn't cancel it.
