The trailer was in the grass and the hitch was in the dirt. I was told to go hook it up and then they would take pictures of the book up. In had to clean the dirt out of the hitch to get it hooked up. I didn't want the extra insurance and did not select it online. I realized that they had added the insurance the next day, which I assumed that I couldn't cancel it.

ALEXANDER BI was supposed to pick up at a different location, and was notified AFTER my scheduled pickup time that the truck I had reserved was not available, and that I had to go to a different location. When I arrived, I was advised that the furniture dolly, furniture pads, stretch wrap and tape that I had ordered were not available. Almost completely ruined my move, which I had traveled 3,000 miles to complete. The truck's right mirror wouldn't adjust to the point that I could see behind me, and the passenger door wouldn't unlock from the outside.
