We were given the wrong code so we were unable to access the key to the truck from the lock box. We had to call UHaul to trouble shoot this and the third code we tried worked and we were finally able to get the key. For an old person like me, it would have been very difficult for me to do everything online without access to a person. If I did not have my 18 year old grandson with me, I don't think I would have been able to successfully get the truck.
kevin mThe online instructions are easy enough to follow but I have had the site “lock up” on me during the process. This made it impossible to complete pre check. Never got code to open key lockbox in order to check fuel level. After almost two hours and working with two people over the phone I got the key to rental truck. Unlikely to rent from U-Haul again.

DAID DThe app was clitchy when I return the vehicle to the drop off location and it keep crash and couldn't take pics. It took me45 mins to actually check out without completely finishing.
